Interested students should apply as soon as they have determined that the program will meet their personal and academic goals. Qualified candidates are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Notification of acceptance is sent approximately 10 days after all application materials have been received.

Should I wait to submit all my application documents at the same time? What if I'm not sure about when I want to go, can you keep my application on file? How do I know if a part of my application has been received or not? How many participants do you take in the program? Can I still apply if I have below a 2.5 GPA? Can I still apply a few days after the deadline? How do I send all the forms? To send any materials by post you do not have to send to anyones attention in particular. It generally takes 5 business days after the application deadline to notify you of your acceptance.
No. Turn in every form as it is completed in any order. We will keep all forms from you together until your file is complete.
Yes. You only need to apply once. You only need to pay a one-time application fee. We will keep your application on file until you decide when you want to go.

Due to the high quality program that we want to provide we do no allow more than 50 participants. We do encourage students to apply as early as possible due to high enrolement.

While we prefer you use the SAIIE official application forms, we have made exceptions to permit use of a student's home school's application forms. Please check with the SAIIE Study Abroad Program to make sure your home school's application forms are sufficient.
No, the application fee is not refundable.
Yes, the application fee is part of the overall program fee.
Yes, you can submit all parts of the application without paying the application fee; however, your file will not be reviewed until the application fee is paid.
