STUDENT TESTIMONIALS
"During the Spring Semester of 2023 I got the opportunity of a lifetime. I got to study abroad through a phenomenal study abroad program in Seville, Spain that allowed me to participate in my favorite internship ever. Throughout my time at the internship, I got to do a variety of things over the course of three months. The main activities I worked in were framed in the areas of Customer Service, Translation, and Commercial Tourism Business. In the customer service department, my tasks consisted of welcoming and attending to all visitors, informing them and taking care of ticket sales, and working at the cash register in both the reception and store. All these activities were in Spanish and English. Regarding the translation tasks I helped in translating the Official Guide of the Flamenco Dance Museum from Spanish to English. I also helped in translating a variety of other paperwork from Spanish to English. Concerning the commercial work, I accompanied the Sales Department on several occasions while visiting hotels, agencies, and collaborators. While performing all these I got to work with one of the best teams ever. Everyone was so nice and generous in helping me preform the tasks and were very helpful in teaching and allowing me to practice my Spanish. I was able to create lifelong friends and relationship throughout my time at the internship that truly showed me the Spanish culture. This was by far my favorite internship ever and I am so grateful for the opportunity."
