SAIIE/UW - Platteville Short Term Faculty Led Program

UW-Platteville Short-Term Faculty-Led: Farm to Fork Sustainable Entrepreneurship (Faro, Portugal; Seville, Spain) / ONLY FOR UW-Platteville students (Winterim 2025)

Spain? Portugal? In January? If you are curious to learn and explore how Spain and Portugal works, want to visit and tour places unique to just this region, and want to experience the journey of value-added food and beverage products from field to table, this program is for you. We will be visiting local organizations that specialize in regional production--from sea salt collection, to cork harvesting, to producing cheese from goat milk, to leather processing, to olive oil.

This two-week program will also provide exposure to Spanish and Portuguese culture and society.
