Program Highlights:

• Train with nationally certified coaches

• 4 weeks of rowing (5 water/gym sessions weekly)

Requirements:

• Must be a college varsity rower

• In the 2k Concept Rowing Erg: Females athletes cannot exceed 7:20 and Males athletes 6:20
